There is a sure way to loose weight. Thats not to eat. But don't do that; it will only cause problems. I've seen on the internet loads of adverts for stick on things that tone you body. They are reputed to work but are quite expensive. There is not healthy easy way. You have to change your lifestyle. Go running for half an hour a morning or walk to work or get a trampoline! Don't do weights or anything like that if you want to be slim, they build up muscle. Build a little bit of excercise into your life. Catch a bus or walk, not take a car. Go for walks when you can, maybe jogging? maybe aerobics, swimming? there is loads of stuff you can do. Eat healthily and excercise and you'll be fine.

Despite your poor attitude, you can still do things to lose weight without exercising or dieting. If you drink several litres of cold water a day, your body will use energy heating it up (approx 200kcal per litre of icecold water) and the volume of water in your stomach will reduce your appetite as your stomach will be full for longer. Recent studies have also shown that people who fidget can burn vastly more calories than their stationary counterparts, as such, clenching the buttocks regularly (especially in time with music) whilst at work or dancing whilst washing up etc will help you lose weight, but the most effective methods are still the ones you seem reluctant to get involved in, a sensible diet and exercise. You should try getting off the bus one stop early or walking further to buy your lunch etc and you will notice the difference fairly quickly, even just taking the long route to the pub will be better than the 'solutions' I outlined above.

The best way is to be correct in your food habits to start with.Avoid fatty/carbohydrates and take protein rich food.Take food 3 times a day, which should be regular.Take more of fruit juices without sugar, vegetable soups etc. Do not take full stretch stomach.just eat limited 3/4 full stom, ach and balance with water.Concentrate on your work so that you don't feel like eating.Do yoga .That will keep you healthy. If possible do maximum walking inside /outside house. This should help you to slowly reduce your weight and you will also get adjusted to reduced intake. The food craving will slowly disappear and you will definitely feel more fresher.,healthier.

Well, first i must say, there are diet pills out there to take. Many of these pills will curb your appetite, but dont be fooled by the guys that tell you that you dont have to exercise. They say, just take this pill and you dont have to do nothing else. Exercise is the key to losing that extra fat. If you dont think you can spend thirty munutes a day exercising, try walking for thirty minutes. If you cant get outside to walk, try walking in place in your home. Movement is the key. You can do it. The more you move, the more energetic you will feel. By By Lazzies. Trust me. I speek from experience. Good Luck.

Try reducing your food intake a little. I found that by continually reducing my food intake over e period of several months it worked. I now eat only one small meal a day, supplemented by a very light breakfast, either two pieces of toast or a small bowl of muesli, but both supplemented with a large glass of orange squash. The evening meal was replaced with a sandwich, usually Salmon, Tuna sometimes Corned Beef and supper was reduced to a bowl of cereal. Theroughout the day inumerable cups of coffee and several snacks of fresh fruit, strawberries, plums blackcurrants, WHY. I know it sounds boring, but it worked for me and it is working for my wife. I have lost over a stone and my wife has lost two and a half stone.

Eating carbohydrates after six or seven in the evening puts weight on and drink plenty of water to cleanse your system try going for a half hour walk after your main meal as the days pass you will find you can walk further. if you think you are lazy you'll become lazy think of it like this when you acheive your goal wait for the reactions from your friends and family and they'll ask you how you did it.

It is very difficult. With diet control you can achieve it but it will take very long time and you have to keep focussed for such a long time. Instead try doing hard work like walking, going to gym.the results will encourage you to do it and continue it
