i'm only asking because i'm having a problem with my appearance...i always want to be fat but it would distract my basketball skills like speed, and if i become slim it would also distract my basketball skills like guarding...please giv me comments... but don't say i should follow my dreams...i would accept it...

actually, my appearance is in normal size, but my classmates said that i'm look a bit malnourished and skinny, so i want to be fat...i also don't want to change it into muscle...i wanna stay it as body fat and i'll buy small shirts to see my big belly to the public...

No work out and keep fit, you can look out of shape and but be strong as on ox. jsut keep ur self toned, run, life light weights so that you don't get ur metabolism up so high that u burn muscle weight also, burn the fat weight...If you have BB skillz don't waste them but also you use ur head, have good academic skillz also

well you can be in the middle, not too big not too thin
around about 215 or 225. as long as you are healthy.
