I am pretty sure i have postpartum deprssion. I am going to the doctor tomorrow moring. I am scared she is going to take my baby away or put me in a mental hospital. I don't feel i am a harm to myself or my baby. Anyone have any advice on what they think will happen. Or anyone who went through postpartum depression???

The white area is located on the bottom part of my scrotum.
I also noticed its alittle more sensitive than the normal areas of my scrotum. For example, when I touch the white area with my nail it feels really sharp compared to the normal colored area of my scrotum. please any advice???

i've been taking it for many years and am now in a real bad spot mentally and emotionally. i know i need help real bad but it's not as easy as it would seem to be. things just seem to be getting worse by the day. the prozac obviously isn't working anymore. i take it in combination with wellbutrin but haven't seen any positive results from that drug.

I was sleeping in my bed then suddenly I started feeling this force all around my upper body, then I couldnt move............then I swear to god when I opened my eyes I saw static in front of me I even heard it, I know it wasnt a dream because I stayed up all night that night, no one believes me, oh well does drinking beer do this to u or am I crazy?? i have a normal cold but i'm concerned about my itchy throat, ears and inside my chest. when i cough it feels like i'm scratching my heart area(internal) and the insides of my ears have been itchy for a week and a little sore. i feel absolutely fine apart from this. no fatigue or fever or anything else.

Only those with knowledge in the medical field should try to answer this. I have a relative who is a very healthy, young but who suffers from depression at times. When he was younger he had been in an auto collision where by the grace of god he was not killed or paralyzed but something more sutbly devastating happend to him. He never brought this to the attention of anyone and even he dismissed it, but I believe the incident left him with a kind of tremor on his body, noticably from involuntary finger movements and shaking from his arms and trembling in neck in a certain position. It is not a complete loss of motor control but it is very apparent if you were to notice very carefully there is something terribly wrong He is a very kind, good natured person but he hides his bitterness at this kind of fate worse than death he is experiencing with his own body. Is there some way to determine what is the cause of this....injury? I believe it is from the collision he suffers this.

Diabetes runs in both sides of my family, especially my mother's. My grandmother and all of her 7 siblings were diabetic. I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to how I could avoid setting off my gene? Cutting back (or off) sweets is a given, but any other suggestions?

I'm very shy and I have a hard time comprehending just what goes thru the mind of these people that seem fearless and they speak their mind and they get into trouble but it doesnt seem to bother them. They get criticized and it rolls off of them usually. They might slap a"religious" label on themselves, but they don't live like a prudish priest or nun, they go out and drink and have sex and have all kinds of fun and really live life to the fullest. I find that religious criticism bothers me the most, like when other people point out my so called "sins". I just fear that if I don't pretend to be guilty for these "sins", then I'll be ostracized and thought of as being satanic. If no one ever committed these "sins", then the world would be boring. It's these daring, outgoing people that make life interesting by the way they live, rather than being held down by a goody goody moral code. How do they face the criticism and still go on living a fun life?

I'm a 17 year old male. I won't go into alot of detail because it would take all night. I recently dropped out of high school and plan to take me GED. I dropped out because i went to a private christian school for 4 years and i went to a public school for a month and i found out i was very far behind. The christian school let me get behind (long story). The principal said i would be cutting it sharp to even graduate when i'm 21....I am preparing to take my GED but i am very depressed. I do not have any friends to talk to about this (i have social anxiety). If i passed my GED should i take the Junior College route or something similar? I'm very confused about all of this. It all happened so fast. Also, are there any meds for social anxiety and depression? I would appreciate some kind of advise. I dont have any one else to talk to about this (literally). Thanks.

I was recently told that Natures Way Alive is the best multi. I was told that Centrum and other standard store brands contain fillers and don't even absorb into the body and do no good. Anyone have experience with this?

OK this questions pretty gross but here it goes...

My girlfriend has had her period for ages and just the other day she said she had a glob of...something... turn up in her pad. She thinks she had a miscarraige but I don't think so I think it's more likely it was lining from her uterus wall or somethng... can anyone shed some light on what it could be? :S thanks :)
