The white area is located on the bottom part of my scrotum.
I also noticed its alittle more sensitive than the normal areas of my scrotum. For example, when I touch the white area with my nail it feels really sharp compared to the normal colored area of my scrotum. please any advice???

I don't really know what it could be. I know it's embarrassing, but it's probably a good idea to head to the doctor's first chance you get. These are the family jewels we're talkin about! I hope things clear up :)

u yeah i think if i rember correctly from my nurseing classes u have may got an STD of somekind. i rember hearing of one that u descirbe but i don't know the name go. to see ur local doctor no matter how embersed u r to say anything

Likely to be a yeast infection (easily treatable), but you definitely should see your doctor.
