Nothing can make up for lack of sleep.

Don't take any meds. Just eat a good healthy breakfast, drink some juice and a lot of water. If you drink caffeine don't over do it thinking that it will pep you up - it will just wire you out, slow you down, and interfere with your ability to think well.

You will make it through the day and hopefully will get a better nights sleep tomorrow.

However, if this inability to sleep continues you might consider that there is some stress issues bothering you or maybe you are drinking too much caffeine throughout the day.

Get off the computer and get into bed. Have a warm glass of milk and turn on the TV or the radio and you will fall asleep. Have a good one.

Orange juice, coffee and a multi-vitamin for or with breakfast. Energy drink before lunch. More coffee for lunch. Don't think about being tired what ever you do. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!

yeah get off your computer and drink some warm milk with water that would be tea with milk and go to bed. staying up any longer will only have your mind confused, and congrats on your job you want to keep it go to bed

coffe coffe coffe. but dont worry i doubt youll be tired when the day starts your too excited is why you cant sleep. that enegry will last through the day. but coffee cant hurt
