a pulled back muscle and a pinched nerve.

Somehow yesterday I did something bad to my back. It hurts to move. I get a very sharp pain on the lower left of my back. I cannot lay without pain or sit or stand.
Any ideas???

Please don't tell me to go to the doc. I need a new heath card, and can't get one right now :)

as i was doing my hair this morning i notised that my face looked a great deal greyer than normal, then i realised it was because my hair was covering my left eye so that it couldnt see.

so i started to play around and found that my right eye sees things in a much duller coluration.

is that normal or should i be worried and get an eye exam?

I m 20 yr old dummie guy.I am having all sort of prblm in my life.There is noone who can help me.Here are the problms below.

1) Have Problem with my speech.Nobody is understaing my speech.For e.g if i need to say bridge it will sound like beach and so on.I have no money to see Speech Therapist.

2)Have problem with hearing.At times i can't understand what people are saying to me.

3)Lonely fellow.No friends that much close.

4)Have problm with my mind.My mind is like BLANK paper.Nothing comes in my mind.i forget things very fast.

5) Financailly poor.My father & mother are jobless.

6) There is no identity for me in the society.

7) I am totally frustrated with this......

I was sexually molested and abused by many family members when I was a kid. I couldnt voice these to anyone becoz they treated me like trash when I was a kid and I know no one would believe, rather would start beating me up. Im a 21 years old woman now, the aftermath of those incidents still traumatize me and make me scared of men and women in social circles. They still haunt me.

I've just cut myself for the very first time and I'm panicking a bit, I don't know if it's worth telling anyone but I don't want to feel this unwell again so i thought i'd try the net and i found this service. So here's whats happening.. I cry everyday (have done so for atleast the last 6 months) I constantly feel suppressed, frustrated and down. I'v had a drink (among other things) every night for the last 3 weeks but it wasn't till tonight that i totally lost it and just had to feel something else, so i cut myself. has anyone else felt like this? is there anything practical i should do that's worth it?

I'm currently a college student and can only apply for boring,part-time, tedious jobs that pay minimum wage. I think most employers ask why you apply, and out of the jobs that I have applied to, I answer them bluntly "because I need the money." For example, I applied for a filing job and she asked why I applied, and I said "because I need to pay for part of my rent."

My friend told me it was the wrong answer, yet how can I fake interest for such boring jobs that pay little? I mean, how can I tell her it's my life dream to file papers? I don't understand. I thought being honest was a good thing...

I just had about 5 or 6 cigarettes in like 3-4 hours, I suddenly felt tired cuase it was 2:30am and I started feeling nausy, then it was followed by a huge head change, then nervousness and then I started to vomit. Can someone explain why? Does a lot of smoke in your lungs cuase this?
