Premature ejaculation is a sexual disorder and can be treated successfully. If it is an occasional case, the following may be tried:
1. Indulge in sex-act after proper rest.
2. Do not use alcohol before intercourse.
3. Use condoms coated with lubricant having some percentage
of local anaesthetic which the makers claim to give lasting
pleasure.
4. Divert your mind to think something else while in the act and
try to hold back the discharge.
To improve your ability, you can do some yoga or other physical exercises for lower abdomen.
If the problem is persistent, you must see a sexologist.

some medical people say that although there isn't sperm in pre-fluid, there is a chance that sperm could be released (sounds odd putting it like that) before ejaculation, so there would be a chance of pregnancy. There's always a chance of pregnancy when you have unprotected sx...the chance may differ dependant on when/how etc, but that chance is always there. As there's no proof of anything, I think the safest thing to do would be to always use contraception, if you're trying to avoid pregnancy.

I know that when I'm going to get some action from my girlfriend, I'm always sure to beat my meat before-hand. This way i can last a lot longer since i had already done my thing earlier in the day.

Dapoxetine is the ideal drug. But you have to wait, it is not in the market now. This drug is waiting for approval from FDA.
You can try paroxetine anyway. Start from 20 mg and increase the dose gradually if necessary.

you can't, pre-ejaculate is a normal thing (if you're talking about the clear fluid emitted from the bolbourethral gland) it's lubrication to prepare the man's penile lining by lubricating it and it helps the caustic vaginal environment.
