i have been considering buying one to me its seems like it would work but has any one ever tried one whats it like?

Yeah it works, but takes some getting used to and you have to be careful when you use it.

Work for what? Getting zapped, loosing weight, getting stronger abs? The first one yes, the other two no. I have tried several different products, they are basically all the same. It is pretty comfortable in the beginning. The belts usually come with some diet plan and maybe some fat burning supplement. Forget the belt and the supplement. A good diet plan alone achieves the same results. Belts would only work for a short period of time for very weak abs - like after being bedridden for some time. That's why products similar to belts are mainly used in rehab, especially when joints can't be moved. Save your money. I've tried Noni juice twice a day with good results. But maybe that's just for me.

I used one everyday for a month, but saw no results.
I think it's a crapshoot, sometimes it works for people, sometimes it doesn't.
I do recommend the AbLounge, which assists you in doing crunches.

yeah! it works... buy the SAUNA BELT... it really works... after 50 minutes of using, u will lost 1 inch... WHEREVER U PUT IT!!!
