I also take toast. A bowl of cereal with milk and a fruit such as an apple, banana or fresh orange juice etc... makes a healthy breakfast.

Your toast and juice probably leave you feeling a little hungry a few hours later - it's all carbohydrates, which are digested quickly.

It's a good idea to have a combo of the three macronutrinets - protien (eggs, meat, cheese, beans), carbs (veg, fruit grain) and fat (little margarine or olive oil)

The protein will keep you feeling full, the carbs will give you energy, and the fat will do both - but is neccessary in small amounts, for many functions in your body.

I like scrambled eggwhites (remove the yolk due to saturated fat and cholesterol), top with bruschetta topping (tomatoes and garlic and basil), topped with feta cheese, and a slice of butered whole wheat toast.

You can also have a good high protein cereal with milk, almonds and fruit.

You can have the oatmeal, that's good - but put a little butter ontop, and you need to get some protein in too ! (A slice of cheese or hardboiled egg?)

When I first wake up I drink a pint of water. This is essential as the body often loses more than that amount while we sleep.

For breakfast I often have a banana, some dates and/or figs, a slice of lightly buttered (low fat spread, actually) toast and a cup of tea.

This provides "instant energy" from the rapidly-digested toast, a supply of "short-to-medium term energy" from the banana, together with essential minerals such as potassium and "slow release energy" and dietary fibre from the dates/figs. The tea provides more minerals and also serves to wake me up!

it seems like you're a westerner .so i would suggest you to have a heavy breakfast as it fuels youir body and brain for the whole day's work.

high protein like protein drink (supplements with milk) ,oat meal, boiled eggs, whole grain bread with honey and cheese.

what you're eating is like a kid's diet . if youi're into some strenous stuff like workout or some physically demanding job then yoiu better eat well not to have protein depletion.

keep chaning the juice so that youir body gets all the nutrients ,not just orange.

buy good supplements which can be taken by not bodybuilders too which provides all the nutrients needed for your body.eat whole grain cereal meal.

if you're skinny then butter does good.take more protein of eggs and dairy products and complex carbs from whole grain cereals.

eat big to grow big as weider says

The most important meal of the day is the breakfast. You should eat to your fill if you want to lose weight as it will prevent you from eating in between your meals. you could eat something like that:

your toasts,
a milky drink,
a slice of fruit.

some eating habits you could adopt:

- Eat three nutritious meals daily

- Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in the diet

- Avoid eating too many sweet or salty carbohydrate snacks such as potato chips, cakes, sweets and carbonated drinks

- Practise physical exercises regularly

Hope it helps

Good luck!!!!

Whole grains (either toast or cereal) and some peanut or sunflower butter! I like decaf teas and sometimes a small yogurt/fruit if I'm extra hungry! Yum!

if you only eat toast then i suggest you try wholemeal bread instesd as this is not only good for you it does help you to lose weight, and you dont get that bloated feeling, also anything wholemeal keeps you full for longer. If you would prefer a cereal then fruit and fibre ceral would be best or even weetabix, and you could slice your favourite fruit and top with that, hope this helps you?

cut out the butter it contains fat, you can buy low fat spreads now that are just as good as butter...try a wheat cereal with a slice of wholemeal toast and some fresh unsweetened orange juice...that should keep you going till lunch time
