Yes and they work quite well. If you have any pain that is causing sleeplessness, try Advil PM-it's great. If your heart and soul are troubling you, try Jesus. We need peace. Because He made peace between us and God He offers us rest in Him. The peace He gives will bring sweet sleep.

Generally you will not get sleeping bills without prescription and you have to explain your problem to Doctor and get his prescription. Further if you take such pills you will get addicted and a stage will come that you will not be able to sleep without pills.

Best thing is getting sleep in the natural way.
Learn Yogaa and Meditation. Do Yog for 15 - 20 minutes in the morning and meditation when ever you can spare time. you should meditate before sleep sitting on the bed for 15 minutes and you will have sound sleep and your mind and body will get relaxed. Next day will be very fresh.

Please try.

Yep. There are natural sleep aids such as Valerian and Melatonin, and there are pharmaceutical sleep aids. Tylenol makes Tylenol PM. There are many different brands of sleep medications, usually located on thelf somewhere near the pain meds.

How about this idea. Buy some turkey and pretend it's thanksgiving! It has that active ingredient, i forgot the name, that makes you sleepy. That's better than any medication. Also, try sleep-eez or nytol. you can also try a herbal called Valerian. It has the scent of dirty socks, which is really mysterious. If you sniff the bottle, it smells like laundry day! It works, though.
