That depends...your body sweats as a mechanism to cool you off and to rid your body of some toxins. If you are sweating during exercise than you are burning calories. that could be good. If you keep your water level up (at least 6-8 eight ounce glasses every day, more if you exercise or sweat a lot) you should be ok. But, if it continues for too long, I would check with a doctor. It could be a sign of an underlying problem.

no sweating is good for you a matter of fact. You just need to drink alot of water and tea, of course I'm going to say that green tea is the best.

yes.... if you sweat a lot, and dont shower/clean yourself, you can get heat rash... its similar to a baby's diaper rash, and quite uncomfortable... we used to see it a lot in basic training, because you dont have time to get a good shower in each day, and you sweat your yup yup off all day long
