With both my pregnancies I lost my plug about a month before going into labor.... It varies from one woman to the next.

once your water breaks or your plug comes out it is usually between 4-6 hours before you can dialte to 10 cm to give birth. But it varies in all women some are sooner some are longer.

i lost mine around 11am on a saturday morning and i gave birth the following morning at 6:55 am. not sure if this is normal or not, but its what happened to me
