I have a whitish discoloration on my scrotum and it itches sometimes, anyone know what it could be?

The white area is located on the bottom part of my scrotum.
I also noticed its alittle more sensitive than the normal areas of my scrotum. For example, when I touch the white area with my nail it feels really sharp compared to the normal colored area of my scrotum. please any advice???

see a doc it could be anything herpes, gential warts, jock itch etc...

Sounds like it could be a fungus. I'd run to the doctor before it spreads.
