to me it makes no sence
like they don't like that we're "annoying"
but are you people who post bullitens like "stupid vegitarians" the same
you just are anoying and have no morality

so why do you people hate on us?
it's what we believe or want
and we're healthier.

I am really interested in starting this for the health benefits but I seem to be addicted to cooked, and overprocessed food. Does anyone know of any really good books about this with some recipes for me to get started with?

Questions here routinely have "and I'm allergic to wheat, eggs, soy, etc, etc" added to them.

You never heard that not so many years ago; similarly, nobody batted an eye about peanuts.

What're the theories about why this is on the rise?

And -- no offence to the so-afflicted -- but is any of this "it gives me a bit of digestive trouble" rather than actual "allergy"?

what do you think about this?
i just want to hear opinions
i believe (MY opinion) its inhumane, disgusting, barbaric, cannibalistic, and just not from this world.
this is a reason why we should all be vegeterians/vegans. proofs how we will eat just anything with blood to quench our thirst

How big should the slices be?
Should I leave the skin on or peel them?
What should I sautee them in?
What should I add to the pan?

I have been researching for a good vitamin, and can only find ones that are derived from animal sources, and/or packed in gelatin capsules. I find this is true of medicines too. For example, my thyroid med is from pigs glands. I really want to sort this out-my research shows that thiamine, iron, folic acid, etc. are derived from cows and pigs. Vitamin E is wheat derived, but most of the B vitamins are meat based. Any ideas? thanks

Does anyone have experience with this diet.
I am considering it but have my reservations. I am active at work all day and also play sports two days a week and am wondering if I could keep up this lifestyle on the raw food diet.

The people I have met on this diet look healthy but are not very athletic or active so I can not really trust their advice.
I'm looking for personal experiences of active people who have tried or practice this diet.
