which snacks can we munch more and more without becoming fat?

Any food can make you fat if you are eating more calories than you are burning. However, vegetables like celery sticks, baby carrots, or cherry tomatoes are fat free and very low in calories. Plus the fiber in vegetables will fill you up so that you don't overeat. Just don't load them up with dip!

Turkey pesto and spinach wrap; Warm one 6" 50 cal tortilla for 10 sec in the microwave, spread one small spoonful of pesto over the top. Add lots of baby spinach leaves, a layer of turkey and 2 slices of tomato, and theres a very fast, very flavorful wrap to go! 280 calories! It's not exactly a sandwich but it's a good substitute and very flavorful! Power veggie in there too!
