They're vanishing from our shops here in London - a bit of a disaster for our family. Anyone know what's going on? Are any supermarkets still selling them? Thanks for your help.

I and my 2 brothers are veg and LOVE hot sauce on everything and the spicier the food the better- not killer hot, but love spices. Is this just genetic or do you think there's a reason as veg's we need to spice things up?

I turned vegetarian 3 months ago and noticed that my hair, finger and toenails might be growing slower. i know they are made up of protein, and now that i'm not overdosing on protein i'm wondering if they are growing at more of a normal natural rate.

I am a japanese student. I want to know that what do you eat for, why do you eat, and do you care about what you eat. When most of japanese people eat something, we care about our health. I think that I have to eat a lot of vegetables.

I don't think that it is right to eat meat or to kill an animal for any reason. I want to stop eating meat and all that stuff but I have some questions. I have had cancer before but my doctor said that I could live a normal life and all that jazz but my grandma is concerned that by not eating meat I won't get proper nutrition.

Are there subsitutes for meat? If so what are they?
Are there other things that I can eat to still have good nutrition? If so what are they?
How long will it take to transition?

Any other info that you feel would be helpful please let me know.

Thanks.

I'm thinking about becoming a vegetarian because I don't think an animal should die just because I'm hungry.

Does anyone know of some really tasty vegetarian recipes that are also versatile?

Please no onions, or cooked carrots.

THANX!
