I'm not too fond of peanut butter, but I need to start eating more of it. What's a good way to eat it?

Right outta the jar with a spoon! lol (well I do)

Or ...whip it up with some marshmallow fluff, then spread it on graham crackers...yummy.

Mm mm....peanut butter..one of my favorites. If you are a fruit person you can eat it with bananas, apples and other similar fruits so long as you like how they taste together. Peanut butter and honey sandwiches with slices of bananas. Spread some on your bagels and add some honey to make it yummier. Make peanut Butter cookies. Oreos with peanut butter. Make your own coldstone ice cram at home with coffee ice cream, peanut butter, chocolate syrup, and oreos, but the last two options are dessert and depending on how healthy your diet is. Also the classic peanut butter on celery, put some raisins on top to give it a different taste.

It's really good in a sandwich (toasted or not) with honey. Also good in a sandwich with strawberry or blackberry jam. Also try a peanut butter-banana milkshake. Use it as a dip for honeycrisp apple slices. Make a thai peanut butter sauce and put it over some mahi mahi. Yum!

I like a peanut butter and banana sandwich myself.

If you're worried about getting protein and don't like peanut butter you could just have some nuts or different kinds of beans. Broccoli and spinach have protein too I believe. Peanut butter has alot of cholesterol anyway.

I buy all natural and use it in protein shakes with a banana, a spicy peanut and garlic sauce for Thai noodles, an Africa chicken dish with hot pepper and okra, a low fat cookie, you don't need alot of fat, in celery stick as an appetizer (my mother did this and it kept us out of the kitchen while she made dinner), my father lost 25 pounds by taking peanut butter and lettuce sandwiches to work back in the 1970's.

I like making Asian noodles with peanut butter and sesame sauce. Here is one:

Cold Sesame Noodles

12 ounces angel hair pasta
3 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon red chili paste, such as sambal
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons hot water
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
2 green onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
Fresh chopped cilantro leaves, for garnish

Cook the noodles in large pot of boiling unsalted water over medium heat until barely tender and still firm. Drain immediately and rinse with cold water until cold. Drain the noodles really well and transfer to a wide bowl; toss with the sesame oil so they don't stick together. Chill.
In a blender combine the peanut oil, ginger, garlic, chili paste, lime juice, brown sugar, peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, and hot water. Blend. Toss the noodles with the peanut sauce until well coated. Serve at room temperature or chilled; garnish with the sesame seeds, green onions, and cilantro.

Peanut butter with strawberry jam or blackberry jam is the best, not grape jelly like most people eat it. And the good kid snack stand by, apple slices with peanut butter.

Why do you have to start eating more peanut butter?

I like to slice up apples and dip them in PB. I also make a peanut sauce and use the sauce with stir-fry veggies or pasta.
