They that think if they put stilton in it that it is the last bastion of veggie Haute Cuisine!!! Brocoli bake was ALWAYS on offer in the 90s!!! Many bars didn't have a veggie dish as such then. One place offered me fishcake so I explained, gently. I ended up with a bowl of chips (french fries) cooked in sunflower oil!

Vegetarian Pasta of some sort is a huge one with Catering Outlets. Vegetarian Lasagna is probably the most common.

I don't know where you are, but here any caterer will provide vegetarian food if that is what the customer wants.

first and foremost you did not tell which country you are now, but if you are here in the philippines there is one restaurant that cater pure vegetarian food it is what we call Bohdi, where they serve vegetable but looks like real meat.

you mean offering vegetarians as a meal? you mean human vegetarians or vegetarian animals like cows and chickens and such? I ask because I'm not a cannibal.
