I believe so. Just make sure you remove all the little seeds.

The juice books give a list of things that should not be juiced...I don't think pomegranates are on that list. I remember seeing bananas and avocados.....I'll check on that and let you know for sure this afternoon!

Okay. I found it! The JLL book says not to juice the following:
Avocado, banana, coconut, eggplant, leek, rhubarb and witer squash.
Looks like you're good to go!

don't do it man, just juice it by hand with a strainer
the seeds will get chopped up and get in your juice
