So do y'all like edamame? ive recently become obsessed with it.

Protein, carb, fiber, monounsaturated fat, iron, calcium, and I'm sure there are some other micronutrients in those things as well.

Yes I like edamame, they're nutty and good. The flavor reminds me a lot of pumpkin seeds. Mmm.

Not unlike carrots, a very healthy snack - I know many who have given up peanuts in the shell for edamame. Same work for more health gain. Vitamin E, roughage.

Yea I eat em all the time they are soo yummy, I like em warm with salt. Or even in a Frittata or in salads.

They're soy beans, so all the benefits of soy, before the companies add stuff to it (like soy milk, I can't believe how much sugar is in it after they're done).

I love it. Put in on salad, and you have a good high-protein lunch that won't make you tired. It is also good for your skin (because of vitamin E)

i love it---helps me with my hot flashes---25 grams of soy protien a day is great for your heart!
