I love veg jerky! There are quite a few brands out there as well. But you need to be careful because some of them have quite a bit of sat fat and sodium in them. A good one is "Tasty Eats Soy Jerky" and they come in all sorts of flavors from hot and spicy to teriyaki. As for where to get them, markets like Whole Foods and Wild Oats have them. If you want online options, amazon.com actually has them by the case for way cheaper then individually at a market. Also just search in google for soy jerky and a ton of vegan websites will pop up with different brands available. Try www.veganessentials.com, www.healthy-eating.com, www.soybean.com are a few to try...

Whole Foods is a good choice. You might also consider a mail order company, such as http://www.healthy-eating.com/texturedsoy.html#jerkies. I haven't ordered any of the jerkies they provide lately, but I have order product from them, and always been very pleased.

I have eaten it, and it is fun and tasty. Many health-foo co-ops have them. But they are small, so you have to look around or ask.

If you cannot find them, you can order them along with vegan marshmallows and other items of vegan goodness from the websites listed below.

Tofurkey has a jerky that my friend likes. I like the softer, seitan sticks.

What is jerky, isn't it a dried meat stick you get in America? Isn't there something less animal like to chew?
