and when I say dead on the road, I don't mean the road outside my trailer either. For your information, I do not live in a trailer.

This is a serious question. Think about it, if the animal is already dead, then it can not feel any pain at that point. Is it ok to take it home and eat it?

How would that be cruelty to animals?

I'm a vegetarian teen looking for something easy and healthy to make for my family tonight. I've never cooked before, so I just want this to be a pleasant surprise for them. I would like something that's low in sugar and calories, please. Any ideas? Maybe soup?

I usually just rinse cucumbers and tomatoes with water, but what about things with little grooves in them, like broccoli? Or even spinach (with the e-coli incident)? I'm not crazy about using strong chemicals to disinfect. What's the best way to make them safe for eating?

i'll tell you what will happen:
cows will run amok and eat all the greens, their rotting and sick corpses will infest our soil.
chickens will eat most bugs, hindering plant germination
fish will eat all the reef, causing the army to blow up more ships to create risky artificial reefs
basically, the whole ecosystem will go out of whack.
what else are animals here for? what purpose do chickens serve? and pigs, for that matter.
now, i'm not some crazy redneck deer hunter, but shouldn't we do something to control their numbers? why mess with something that has worked for so long? the cavemen ate animals and that is how we were able to descend from them and live here today.

Hi, does anyone know of any vegetarian restaurants in the Poconos/Stroudsburg area? Any type of food, just looking for somewhere to go out to dinner, that I dont have to worry about the dead ending up in my food!

As it stands now, I have to travel to NYC to go out to dinner.

I have done some google searchs, cant find any :(

Vegans have no idea if a hunter plans on eating the game he just shot, so why do they dislike all hunters? Vegans claim that they don't want meat eaters making blanket statements about them. I had a hunting buddy that would just take a photo with the game he shot and then give the game away. He never ate the meat.
