Try eating alot of peanut butter sandwiches.
The protein is great for muscles. My sons play sports and weight lift and when they are trying to put on weight they eat peanut butter like crazy.
Eat bananas. Bananas are high in potassium but they also slow down the metabolism.

properly meat is a speedy thank you to earnings protein yet on condition that your returning from being a vegetarian you will desire to initiate sluggish and with the intention to get the 15 pounds back you shouldn't devour speedy foodstuff given which you may then have 15 pounds of fat. the main suitable way is allot of protein and allot of exercising. then you certainly could have 15 pounds of muscle that's what you like.

Try soy bean...it made me gain my weight so fast but healthy.
Normally from Soy milk I've made. After you get milk just use the remain soy for the meal..Meatloaf is good...season it as you like...just try...if you don't want to go Thur all the cooking..Get Soy milk from the grocery store plus tofu..it's yum yum too.
I am now boiling mung bean with a little brown sugar for the snack..good good.

OK, so you're a vegetarian, here is a great way to gain weight.
FRY EVERYTHING!
Yes, tempura broccoli, carrots, those are great, AND they are fattening!
Add in some sushi rice, fried tofu (mmm, great stuff), and wakame soup, and you WILL gain weight!
The fried tofu is one of my favourites
also make sure to drink plenty of milk (yes, cows milk, it doesn't 'hurt' the cow to milk them, in fact if you don't,they can die. yes,I am on a farm)
also, one of my favourite things is sushi with veggies in it instead of fish, that's also wonderful.

Eat starchy veggies like potatoes, corn, rice, etc. Add some oils to your diet.
Potato chips, bread, etc. can add some bulk.

Veggies don't make you fat, that's the beauty of them. Your starch vegtables are corn, potatoes, peas, etc. But even they are low in calories,
