We try to have a healthy breakfast..so it's always vegetarian. I kind of "mix and match"...Some of the things we have are, " home made yogurt", fruits,or fruit salads, eggs done in different ways, such as omelettes, or used in french Toast with whole wheat bread, pancakes or waffles, healthy cereals, Old fashioned Oatmeal, and lots of raisins, Applesauce with raw apples and lots of cinnamon, I'm getting hungry now, and it's time to rustle up some breakfast!
ps...we top off our "healthy" breakfasts with a slab of Hershey's Dark Chocolate!
after all...we have to "indulge" in something fun!! ;~)

Generally anything sweet. I like chocolate criossants, vanilla criossants, almond criossants, chocolate orange muffins, yoghurt, cereal with something sweet in it, french toast, pancakes. I know I probably should eat something more healthy and less sugary but it just seems to get me going in the morning and nothing else will do. I'm probably addicted or something, my man thinks I'm a chocoholic.

Apple with Cashew Butter
Van's Waffles
Sunrise waffles
Bagel with rice cream cheese & jam
Granola with Hazelnut Milk
all with HOT TEA

Special K with a little bit of milk. I just eat enough to not be hungry, but not too much to be full. I don't want to use the bathroom during college.

IT DEPENDS:How much time I have:in a hurry?Cereal with milk.
Time enough?:fried eggs on toast,or:noodle soup,or:pancakes with jam or butter and caster sugar.or:lots of fresh fruit:tangerines,nectarines apple,pair,and banana:sliced diced sprinkled with lemon or lime juice and extra fine sugar.I can go on like this for hours.But what do you feel like eating?That,s more important.

Gourmet Gruel: oats with cinnamon, ginger, English walnuts, almonds, skim milk, salt, artificial sweetener and vanilla. No bad fat, no refined sugar, lots of antioxidants, and oat fiber.

I eat all different kinds of things , cereal, eggs, toast, ice-cream, chocolate, waffles, pizza, donuts, sweets, biscuits, cake..etc whatever i can find
