Does any one have a name in particular or a store where to buy them. I hear that instead of frosting on a Cupcake you can dip the muffin top in the same chocolate you dip the Strawberries in. THANK!!!

Most flour labels identify whole wheat not whole grain. If I'm going to go the whole wheat route, I prefer it to be whole grain and therefore I'd like to know of companies that do make a whole wheat flour with whole grains. Major brands would be nice and brands available in Canada would be even nicer. Thanks.

On a whim, I picked up one of these at the market last week: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buddha's_hand

I know that the peel can be candied, or used to infuse vodka. Does anyone have any other recipes that call for Buddha's Hand, or any experience cooking with them? This thing is huge, and I want to use as much of it as possible.

Hi! I'm a teacher and last year my class made a delicious indian dessert. Unfortunately I don't have the recipe any more. I can remember most of the ingredients but not what to do.
The dessert was made with condensed milk, coconut, icing sugar, cardamon, coloured sprinkles and possibly some other things. It was all mixed together then we made balls out of the mixture and rolled them in coconut or sprinkles.
Does anyone know this recipe or one like it? I'd really appreciate your help! Thank you!
