I mistakenly used olive oil instead of vegetable oil just last night.
The brownies turned out GREAT. They were very rich and were a hit.

no cuz olive oil has a strong taste of olives but maybe extra light would be tasteless??? but done do straight olive oil its gonna be so nasty

NO.......... no matter what brand of olive oil it will over power the chocolate in the brownies and kill your brownies..........
