safely frozen in a small chest deep freeze??? It's nearly a year now and we still haven't cooked it. I think the 25 pound status of it intimidates us a little bit. Never had one that big before. Would it still be safe to eat?? It's been in the same temp. this whole time. If we can eat it I'd like to make plans for it. If not... I guess we'll have to throw it away. Let me know, ok, thanks and bless you.

I am looking for a classier salad, that i could bring to a party i am going to. Its a little more formal, kind of professional, so I am looking for something that I can really jazz up and make really fancy, but i also want it to taste really good. Does anyone have some sort of recipe like this, sort of like the dishes that you bring and their gone in 10 minutes?
sorry, I know that its kind of a difficult question, any help is appreciated. Thanks so much!

I'm using fresh, whole cranberries in a thanksgiving pie recipe. The pie is an apple-cranberry pie. I made the pie last year, and the cranberries were tart and not sweet in the pie. Is there a way to make the canberries sweet so they taste delicious in the pie? (i heard soaking them in sugar water??) help me please :]

My grandmother used to make it, and I would like to know how, and the right name. She was French. I was 12 years old and I can't remember. All I can remember is that she used to spread it on Crepes. Thanks.
