I make sloppy Joe with it.You'll need ketchup ,onion, red or green pepper optional, mustard about 1/2 teaspoon and about 1 teaspoon brown sugar or honey and 1 can of Pork&Beans or Baked Beans.Brown the turkey with the onion and pepper.Add the ketchup and water to thin so it can be stirred, then add the mustard and brown sugar.Stir til mixed well and add the beans and bring to a high simmer and reduce heat and cook til thick. It can be made without the beans but it really makes it taste better.

Anything you can make with ground beef, you can make with ground turkey. I use it a lot when I make tacos. You can't tell the difference, and it's a lot healthier for you.

personally, i'd make it into a stir fry. just get whatever kind of veggies you have on hand, some asian noodles and peanut sauce. (peanut sauce tastes REALLY good with turkey)
basically, if you can do it w/ ground beef, it can be done w/ ground turkey

Put it in anything you would put ground beef in. It's a great way to cut calories and fat out of anything with a flavourful sauce - tacos, chili, Bolognese (you really can't tell it's not beef).
