Okay, so I just moved out from my parents house and into my own 3 months ago, and so this year I am completely in charge of Thanksgiving Dinner for the first time....I'm a good cook, I'm grew up cooking in my grandmother's kitchen, but I was just sitting here planning the dinner when I realized that I've never actually cooked a turkey before! I know the marinade and everything I want to use...but my only question is how long should I plan on cooking it? Like how many hours per pound? Thanks!

A quart of chocolate sauce added to a gallon of milk would make for a very chocolatey drink. How many total ounces would that be?

Just something quick and easy; a one time thing like a crumble or mousse for example (nothing like cookies, muffins, squares or cakes).

XOXO,
Laurie

I went on a road trip a while back and got some fudge from this hole in the wall fudge shop. It was so good I got 5 pounds of it to take home you know. Anyway I want to make it at home, I have a few different recipes, but none of them have the pink swirl. The stuff you buy at shops have a pink swirl in it. Does anyone have that recipe with the pink swirl it was amaretto fudge. Please I am thinking about giving it for gifts, same as the irish cream fudge. That had a green swirl.

I heard that lamb is considered white meat, is that true? What is the difference between lamb and beef anyway? Is it healthier than beef? is it AS healthy as chicken? I am introducing it to my family and I want to know how lamb is health wise.

They have attacked all my flour and whole grain products! I bought a loaf of bread, and within 3 days it was swarming with these little fellas. Some might say they are weevels, but they are so much tinier that I presume weevels to be. They're about the size of an ant, maybe a fraction larger.

What should I do? And can anybody identify this? Thank you
