Start with Tilapia fillets -- they are easy to practice on -- then you may move onto Mahi Mahi, Salmon, Red Snapper... Salt and pepper the fillets on each side; then sear them in a very hot skillet with a little olive oil. Wait till they stop sticking to the pan to flip over (which should take a couple of minutes).
Finish off with some lemon and fresh herbs like Italian Parsley.
Enjoy!

Grab a Halibut Filet, wrap in foil with some olive oil, a slice of lemon, and fresh cracked pepper. Cook in 375' for about 10 minutes or until touched with a fork and it flakes.... YUMMY, not fishy, very easy and Healthy!

salmon fillet, or salmon steak is my favorite...(olive oil, season to taste, then bake or broil...garnish w/ lemon slice & parsley)

****** It is best if you can find fresh, wild salmon; not the salmon from a "farm" w/ red dye added for color...
