You're serious? You can't think of anything besides a hamburger for using ground beef? A few things have already been mentioned. There's meatloaf, meatballs, meat pies, salisbury steak (yummy with gravy & mashed potatoes), cocktail meatballs, meatballs with a sour cream gravy over egg noodles, chili, etc., etc., etc.

When my kids and niece and nephews where small I made this dish.
1 lb gr beef
1can cream of mushroom soup + 1can of water
1teaspoon gravy master( browning sauce
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup of green peas Cooked
1/3 cup sour cream
season and brown gr.beef in skillet drain set aside
in saucepan add soup water gravy master mix heat on med flame until Incorporated. In large pot add gr beef rice and green peas, mix then added soup to it let simmer on low for 10 minutes 2 minutes before serving add sour cream. It tastes like stroganoff only with rice you can use noodles if you chose. But kids seem to like it, as well as adults( you can use steak strips to make it grown up

There are a few things you can do with ground beef. You can make meatloaf out of it. Add it to chilli or spagehti sauce. Or you can fry some up with mushrooms, potato, onion, celery, kind of make like a different kind of stir fry with it with other stuff that you like. Sometimes if you experiment, you can come up with a great meal
