Jam. jelly, butter, applebutter, powdered sugar, peanut butter, pancake syrup, caro syrup... ice cream, melted cheese..
To make home made icing... This will require some know how, bc I dont use measuring items...
Take some butter, start with maybe 3-4 tablespoons, give or take. Use your mixer to beat the butter smooth, takes like 30 secs or so. Then add some powedered sugar, say a couple cups give or take. Mix into butter gradually. Add a couple teaspoons or so of vanilla, mix. If making chocolate, add about 1/4 cup cocoa and maybe 1/4-1/2 milk. Mix. Then add more sugar and/or butter til you get the correct consistency/tatste. Dont be hesitant to stick that fingure n the bowl and taste at different stages, just make sure your finger is clean. A lot of ppl recommend keeping in fridge after icing bc of the butter and milk, but I always leave it out and have never had a case of food poisoning. For vanilla, skip the cocoa and a lil flour (about 1/8 cup) or more sugar. For peanut butter, replace cocoa with pb and milk with hot coffee.

whipped cream cheese and any kind of jam mixed together- but guava is the best! p.s. much healthier than regular icing.
