thats how long it says to cook in the microwave. i would do it in the oven but i have to leave before it would be done. is it safe to have the microwave going for 30 min?

Well, about all I can think of that would take that long is a frozen lasagna. But yes, if the directions say for 30 min (on high?), then do it.

i've never had anything in the microwave for that long myself, but I should think if the directions say for 30 minutes you should be fine

im pretty sure u can do it if u are trying to do chicken in a microwave altho u can do it for longer

I agree, if it's frozen it's fine otherwise it will burn.
