If it is possible, what ingredients should I use. The meat is already ground, what should I add to it?

Spices - garlic, onion, paprika, whatever else you would like.
Put the ground meat in a casing (I prefer natural for sausages and hot dogs) and cook!

Since Elk is on the gamey side I would sugest lots of all kinds of herbs and spices.

salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, sage (dry), rosemary (dry) and some kind of fat as well.

Look up on-line recipes for game, or even specifically venison sausage.
