I'v been following a "bodybuilders diet" for the past few months since I started going to the gym, I eat alot of grilled chicken because its high in protein and low in fat but to be honest it tastes rather bland, can anyone recomend some SIMPLE ways I can make it taste better? it needs to be quite simple and not too time consuming because I can't cook and I'm really too busy to spend hours messing about in the kitchen!
Are there and "ready made" products that I can buy from the supermarket ?
Thanks!

I've read so many good things about cooking with coconut oil for a long time now. I thought I'd try it.
http://www.mercola.com/2001/mar/24/coconut_oil.htm
How does it taste to cook with though? I'm a big fan of FRESH coconuts. But all the coconuts I've bought in stores have tasted disgusting. Nothing like the real thing. I don't know what's wrong with them. Anyway, do you taste the coconut flavor very much when cooking with the oil? From what country should the oil be from?
Thanks

Always quick and delish, and so easy to keep all the ingredients always in stock!

2 cups rice
sufficient chicken, beef, or vegetable broth to cook the rice (or water with bouillion)

coriander, basil, turmeric to taste

two spicy sausages (hot italian are best), cooked and chopped

a pound of chicken thighs, beef round, or pork, preferably pre-marinaded (I use pineapple juice and soy or worcestershire sauce for marinade)
1 large onion (or two small), coarse chopped
chopped bell peppers if they're handy
chopped fresh mushrooms if handy
If there's a can of crushed pineapple around, put some or all of that in too
All ingrediments into the rice cooker, and dinner's on in 30 minutes or so and it is soooo good!

Each time you make this vary the ingredients and proportions to your whim.

Does anybody else have a simple 1-pot dinner recipe that lends itself to wide variation, and always comes out to your liking?

I have got to get through this lovely, hard, extra-mouldy, rich and creamy cheese before it goes bad, and I have a lot of it! Salads are great with it but I think it needs to be used in cooking now.
Thanks!

I'm making the recipe where you brown some chicken breasts, place them in a baking dish, and pour cream of ____ soup over it all and bake.
I forgot to brown the chicken breasts before I put them in the dish and poured the soup over them.
Is it still safe to eat as long as it's cooked thoroughly? Is it even necessary to brown the meat first, or can I cook it like this in the future?
Sorry if this seems like a dumb question. I just wanna make sure. Thanks.

I have just begun cooking with olive oil and sometimes grapeseed oil. Is there a trick to know when to use vegetable oil instead? I mainly mean when pan frying or sauteing meats and vegetables, but am interested in all ideas. Thanks.
