because when you look at the serving sizes on those plastic bottles of pop, they say each bottle is "2.5" servings. Should they still be allowed to advertise each person drinking their own bottle and not be reprimanded by the health nuts?

My son has recently become "always hungry". He isn't a fruit and vege lover. I'd need some ideas of healhty snacks. Either already store made foods or snacks I can mix together. Any crackers or cookies that are low fat yet tasty. Somthing I can through together fast. Or put together and put in my purse if I have to pick him at up at school and go somewhere for awhile.

I'll looking not just for the usual snack ideas but for some unusual ones. Are there things that your children like to nibble on that other kids don't like?

Thanks for your suggestions!

I found a great recipe in one of those woman's magazines and my husband accidentally shredded it! All I remember is the article the recipe was in was about an African American family having a family reunion. It called for 2 oz. of mozzarella, 6 oz. of American and 6 oz. of cheddar. It was topped with 'rich' crackers (I use Ritz) My son made it the only time before the recipe was destroyed, so I don't know the amounts of the other ingredients. If you have this recipe, I'd greatly appreciate it. I haven't been able to find one that compares to this day.
