Peel potatoes (one per person) then cut them as you would for potato sald (into bite size chunks). Toss in large bowl with 2 tblspns veg. oil, then add 1 pkg of Lipton Onion Soup Mix. Mixx well, put in making dish and bake alongside your meatloaf, same time, same temp.

Hello. You could also serve a side salad with 1-2 different dressings, have some tasty bread buns or dinner rolls with it, and maybe have a spot of jelly for those who'd like it. I think instead of peas I'd serve either french style green beans or regular cut green beans. Have you thought of dessert? How about a cake with vanilla ice cream and some caramel sauce poured over the top of it? Have some cold pops to offer along with a pitcher of water for those who'd prefer it. Have some nice light background music playing which is supposed to help with the digestion (I know not how). Good luck, have fun, and see what happens!

A salad with mixed greens would be good; a loaf of crusty bread or cornbread would be good, too.

I think the mashed potatoes and peas are pefect side dishes.

Enjoy!

When i make meatloaf i like to serve it with green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. It has everything a well balanced meal needs; protein, starch, and veggie! And it also tastes really really good =] enjoy!
