I couldn't find it anywhere. She wants a cornbread pan that is suppose to look like a half moon. One piece folds over the other. She has wanted one for years. She saw some, but it was 20 yrs ago in Arkansa. Do you know where I might be able to order one online? I have looked on different sites, but still havent found it. Thanks for any help you are able to give.

I'm about to put the pot on the stove to make chicken stock from a carcass. Do I add the juices/fat that I reserved from the bird or do I use that when it is time to actually make the soup? Any advise would be really appreciated!! Thanks!

It looks like tinned potatoes swimming in greasy spit.

I apologise for the silly question. Still laughing myself silly, but, apologies.

I'm baking some chocolate chip cookies and I only have about a teaspoon of vanilla. I don't want to go out to buy any b/c everything out there contains alcohol and I don't consume alcohol (even in very small amounts - I'm a muslim). So what can I substitute for vanilla extract? THANKS!!!!

I would love to flavor the beef. Any ideas. I simply added a few bouillon cubes and some water so far. Maybe Moroccan or Asian? I would love some inspiration. If not I will simply let them slow cook all day and turn it into a beef stew or Shepard's pie.
Thanks a bunch and happy cooking!!!!

Used to have a recipe for a rich chocolate dessert that required no cooking. Mostly everything chopped in food processor, mixed, then put into loaf tin and refridgerated to set. I remember digestive biscuits, walnuts, glace cherries and chocolate, of course. Does anybody have a similar recipe, please?
