Can you reheat red lentils?

There should be no problem doing this provided they have been kept in the Fridge or are otherwise fresh. You might add a little more liquid so the lentils don't "catch"

You could use them to thicken soup or a stew or mix them with other ingredients including an egg to make rissoles or vegeburgers.
