My Mom is know deceased, but I barely remember these chocolate cookies that she use to make. They were the kind that she cooked the ingredients on top of the stove and then dropped them on wax paper. When they cooled and hardened you could eat them. I remember I use to call them cow patties. Can anyone tell me what they could be and the recipe for them? Thanks.......

I have cupcakes - fresh baked and frosted. They are for tomorrow night. Do I refrigerate them or leave them out?

I have to make brownies for tomorrow but I just opened my fridge and realized the only butter I have left has salt in it. The recipe calls for 1/4 teaspoon of salt so should I just leave the salt out. Do you think the salted butter will put a strong salty flavor in the brownies??...I have never baked with it before, I just use it for toast!

I am going on a healthy eating kick before I end up on the show six feet under.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could send my way a variety of clear both soups that are good tasting and healthy and filled with veggies. I am open to any style from Oriental to French. Just get me cooking.

Cook Noodles until slightly soft but a tiny bit chewy mix in cheese packet and a little butter and ham. Top with 5 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Enjoy.
