Some chefs would feel offended if you even use sause with stake they serve.

However, I love cheese on my beef, especially cooked in the oven. I also put onion rings under the melted cheese. Yammy!

With a good steak (brand and cut) you won't need to add anything to it.

Parmasean cheese over steak sounds very unappealing.

No! you can use blue cheese or make a steak butter. Mix softened butter with shallots or chives, garlic or garlic salt, and steak seasoning.

No. Take one large buffallo tomato, BBQ sauce and mozerella and black pepper.

Use buffallo mozerella as it bakes/grills better [as used in Italian pizza] as cows mozerella gives out milky liquid when melting.
