I used to have an ice maker...oh well! I like a lot if ice in my drinks (gingerale, juices, ice tea, etc.) & I just want to kill when someone cracks a few pieces & leaves it at that! I have cheap plastic trays..no matter....I take them from the freezer & let them sit on the counter for maybe 10 mins......theyll be loose enough to fall out easily. I keep a giant bowl of ice in my freezer & make sure it never goes empty....thus no frustration about who used the ice & put back the empty trays & the trays always slide out easily.

Put hot water in the ice cube tray, then freeze it.
Additional: If the water is hot then they'll pull away from the sides of the cube of the tray a little when freezing, and they'll freeze more solidly.

Dont fill the tray all the way up.Also let sit for just a little after you take out of freezer before you get cubes out.

its not ur trays, unless they are the metal ones, U use hot water instead of cold water. It makes the ice more solid as its molded in the tray with the cold, try it, it really does wok.

when you get them out of the freezer, put a little bit of cold water on them like if you were rinsing them from both sides of the tray

Try getting a new ice tray.If that does not work than maybe you should buy a ice bag or get a fridge with a ice maker.

Well often the temperature of the freezer can make this happen, usually too cold.
