I decided to make my chicken wings a different way:
- I dusted in the wings with flour, then I deep fried them until the skin was a light golden brown and crispy
- put them into my own mix of B-B-Q sauces, then place them on a baking sheet into the oven.

I have a pork tenderloin and three apples, and not much else in my kitchen. I know I want to make applesauce to go with the pork, but have only ever cooked a tenderloin on the grill, which we no longer have since we're in a small apartment. All I have is an oven and a stovetop. Any suggestions?

My friend bought lobster from a fisher man but it was already dead, the same way you would buy fish. Is it safe to cook and eat lobster like this? Do you have to cook it while its still alive?

Usually when I make them, they turn hard no matter what I do. I've done everything from putting them in plastic containers, leaving them out, paper bags, wrapping them in plastic... etc etc. Everything you could possibly think to contain them. You know the drill. So is it a factor in the actual ingredients of the chocolate chip cookies that keep them soft for a long time? I'm not a full-time baker; I don't bake cookies all that much. Suggestions?

Hi,
I wonder if it's weird to put Prego Pasta sauce on pizza instaed of Ragu Pizza sauce. The reason is that the Ragu Pizza sauce is more expensive than the Pasta sauce. Is it a good replacement ? Or will it make the pizza bad ? Thanks

I have a got a 4.14Kg (9.12lb) BEEF POT ROAST with the BONE IN.
I thought I would cook it in the slow cooker but it does not fit.
:(
Please give me recipes that I can use to cook this thing.

Foods I have on hand are:
cauliflower, red pepper, broccoli, carrots, celery, lemon juice, 1/2 bottle red wine, apples, mushrooms, eggs, milk, lots of different canned beans (kidney, chick peas, black beans), garlic, most spices (curry, oregano, thyme, cayenne, paprika, etc), quinoa,
rice (brown and white)
I don't have potatoes or cheese.

I would also love suggestions for side dishes.
And I like the idea of making some sort of beef curry with this pot roast.
:)
Thanks
:)
