i need to know how to make country fried steak. Everytime I make it it turns out crazy. I would like some recipes that you have actually tried and some detailed instructions. it's important. Thank you guys!!!!!!! and also, what kind of steak do you use???

Believe me food cooked in it is tasty as it has a high melting point and you have to use so little in amount. The flavor is good and has practically no transfats. Urmil

I cook steak or hamburger, using my skillet, on the stove top. Even when I use the vent/fan, there still is some smoke that causes teh sensitive smoke detector to go off on occassion. I live in an apartment building so I can't disconnect or move the smoke detector. Any sugestions?

it is made with boiled potatoes, confectionary sugar and peanut butter. When the ingredients are ready, then you roll it out like you would pizza dough and then you would spread the peanut butter on the dough. Make a big long roll and then cut it into slices and refridgerate it untill cool. It's really great. My mother made it in the 60's. Thanks!!!
