Applebee's Lemonade
Ingredients:
1 Quart water
1 cup sugar
1 cup FRESH lemon juice
Sparkling Water (not tonic water, like Perrier)
Directions:
Mix first three togther. Fill a tall glass 2/3 to 3/4 with Lemon mixture then fill with sparkling water.
An interesting variation is to puree some fruit (raspberries, strawberries, etc) with a little superfine or powdered sugar and put that in the glass before adding the the lemonade and water.
This recipe for Applebee's Lemonade serves/makes 1 qt
This is a very tasty drink:)

The obvious which would be a spiked lemon and/or lime aide. A traditional margarita is simply straight up lime juice, tequila, and A LOT of sugar.
If you want to try to cook something with them...since you have so many....try marinating chicken beef or pork in a mixture of the lemon and lime, lots of chopped garlic, and olive oil. Grill, broil, roast, or saute the meat...serve with something light like cous cous or rice and have a nice margarita to finish it off.

When I get a quantity of lemons on sale, I juice them. Then I measure the juice in 1/2 c. portions and freeze them. A half cup of juice is about the amount you get from one lemon, so then I have the juice on hand, any time I want to cook a recipe taking "juice of a lemon".

if you don't mind an alcoholic beverage..make Limoncello. It is a lemon flavored vodka. And for the limes I would think a mojito.

If you do not get alot of ideas here and you need to use them up, simply toss them in the freezer, jsut as they are and get to them later.
They freeze whole very well. I do this when I bring a case home from visiting Arizona. I then have lemonaide months later from the freshly frozen lemons.
