Well then, here goes. Mind you, I haven't tested this recipe but, there is no evidence that it won't work. It is a variation of the Harvey Wallbanger Cake.

1 pk Orange cake mix
1 pk Inst. Vanilla Pudding Mix
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Cooking oil
4 Eggs
1/4 c Vodka
1/4 c Galliano
3 oz Orange juice
3 oz Red Bull
---------------GLAZE--------------------
1 c Powdered sugar
1 1/2 tb Vodka
1 1/2 tb Galliano
1 1/2 tb Orange juice

Instructions

1. Mix first 3 ingredients, add eggs, and remaining 3 ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes in a bundt cake pan.

2. For GLAZE: Combine orange juice and sugar in sauce pan and heat stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add vodka and Galliano. Remove cake from pan to serving plate. Prick top and sides and cover with glaze.

Jello has recipe for "poke" cakes, where liquid jello is poured into holes that have been poked into a pre-baked caked, then icing is applied over that to cover the holes. The holes allow the liquid to go into the middle of the cake and also leave color-full lines when done in a white or yellow cake. Pick a flavor of jello that you think compliments red-bull. Heat up a cup of red-bull almost to boil and add in jello, that would be the pour in mixture. Use other red-bull with vodka to make a no-cook frosting since you don't want the alcohol to evaporate . Use either a box frosting mix or any no-cook frosting recipe where the vodka and red-bull play the role of the liquid. In this case you will want to go heavier on the red-bull than the vodka 2/3 red-bull 1/3 vodka as the red-bull has sugar and has a thickening effect and the vodka contains alcohol which has a thinning effect on the mixture

the only problem with that is that the alcohol would bake out of the cake. the best thing would be to make a pound cake and just mix some vodka and redbull and pour it on top or mix it with the icing. otherwise it won't be an "alcohol" cake.
