I decided to make my chicken wings a different way:
- I dusted in the wings with flour, then I deep fried them until the skin was a light golden brown and crispy
- put them into my own mix of B-B-Q sauces, then place them on a baking sheet into the oven.

When I make wings that is how I do it all the time. Try these sauces as well. Take equal parts margarine, your favorite hot sauce and french dressing. Heat this over low heat and just dip and bake and then dip again after baking. This makes a really great buffalo wing sauce with out the heat. Another sauce is take a cup of the buffalo wing sauce, 1 stick of margaine, 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch mix, 1 cup of ranch dressing heat this over low heat and just dip, bake and dip again. My family loves these wings and they are just like Quaker Steak and Lube ranch wings. Good Luck.

Excellent. That is very similar to Chicken Wings a friend fixed by frying and then coating them with a Soy Sauce/Brown Sugar mixture. He then broiled them in the oven to carmelize the sugar. Was very tasty!
