I know this sounds silly, but one of my friends from Kentucky swears that squirrel is one of the tastiest foods.

How does this work? Do you fry it, broil it? How do you even catch those darn things!?

My son is allergic to milk and I usually simply replace milk by soy or rice milk. However, the recipe I wanted to say we should put vinegar in the milk first. I supposed this is to make the milk curdle? Will that work if I use soy milk? Should I use soy yogourt instead?

I mean, I know that theoretically it's possible to make gravy out of any kind of meat drippings. But, has anyone ever tried to do it with bacon grease? Would it be too salty? How would it taste on a breakfast bisquit?

I have had chicken that just falls off the bones, it's so juicy and moist. And the cooks have told me to cover it with foil to get that kind of result. But my chicken breast never turn out to be that juicy and I sometimes do remember to marinate it for 12 hrs. What am I doing wrong? How long do I need to let it stay in the owen and at what temparature?

We are, just cooked another last night. Just thought I would share a few of the leftover ideas we've done
for a family of 3:

Night one-Turkey & Noodles: 1/2 a pound of diced turkey. Cooked some egg
noodles & added 1/2 an onion & made a white sauce gravy. Served with rolls

Night two-Goulash: 1/2 a pound of diced turkey. Mixed with a box of
macaroni & cheese. Added 1/2 an onion & a can of tomatoes.

Night three-Pigs in A Blanket: 1/2 a pound of sliced turkey. Wrapped
turkey in a can of biscuits for "pigs in a blanket". Served with french
fries.

Night four-Turkey & Stuffing: 1/2 a pound of diced turkey. Mixed with a
box of Stove-top-stuffing & half an onion. Topped with gravy.

Night five-Manwiches: 1 pound of shredded turkey. Mixed with a bag of
marinara sauce & 1/2 an onion. Served over French Toast.

Have fun :)

My sister-in-law loves Million Dollar Pies. I've no idea what kind of pie this is. But I know some bakeries and companies make pies and treats that people can mail order. Does anyone know where I can buy one online? Thanks so much!
