These are great homemade. mix equal amounts of flour "seasoned with salt and pepper" with some bread crumbs. roll your tenders in the flour and bread crumb mixture then dip in a beaten egg, then back into the flour/breadcrumb mixture, then place in hot oil until done... you can also cut the fat by baking them..place on greased cookie sheet "I use pam" spray them with the pam "buttered flavored" and bake until done... very good and healthy too!!

Western Breaded chicken tenders - about 4 per person
1/2 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
4 Tablespoons butter or margarine
bleu cheese salad dressing

Prepare chicken tenders as directed on the package and keep warm. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes, until butter is melted. Dip each piece of chicken into the hot sauce; serve immediately with bleu cheese dressing.

Wash chicken breast tenders in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Roll in flour, then in egg wash (3 eggs plus 1 tablespoon water, beaten together), then in seasoned flour or seasoned breadcrumbs. Now either deep fry or bake as preferred.

Dip the chicken breast into butter, and then a bowl of seasoned bread crumbs. Dust the breast in the breadcrumbs and then bake on 350 for around 20 minutes.

Delicious!

To make buttermilk, use 1 cup milk and 1 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar. Allow it to sit for a few minutes.

First, heat your pan real hot. Put in your oil, dip your chix into mix of flour, crunched cornflakes, garlic salt, salt and pepper, then into ice water, then back into cornflake mix. GENTLY place into oil, after about 4-5 min, turn them over. a min longer if they're thick and juicy. when you cut into one and it's done to your liking, take them out. Viola! Enjoy, dear.
