S'More Cookie Bars

Ingredients:
. 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
. 3/4 cup sugar
. 1 egg
. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
. 1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
. 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
. 1 teaspoon baking powder
. 1/4 teaspoon salt
. 4 (1.55 oz. each) HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Bars
. 1 cup marshmallow creme

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8-inch square baking pan.

2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt; add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Press half of dough into prepared pan.

3. Arrange chocolate bars over dough, breaking as needed to fit. Spread with marshmallow creme. Scatter bits of remaining dough over marshmallow; carefully press to form a layer.

4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. 16 bars.

Frozen S'mores

1/2 c. mini-chocolate chips
2/3 c. mini-marshmallows
2 c. whipped topping
1 box graham crackers, any flavor

In a large bowl with a wooden spoon, stir together first three ingredients. Mix well. Scoop mixture onto a graham cracker square, sandwich with another square. Continue making sandwiches until all of the mixture has been used up. Put sandwiches into the freezer for approximately 1 1/2 hours, or until frozen. Serve frozen and enjoy!

S'mores Cone

drinking glass
sugar cone
caramel cubes
handful of chocolate chips
1 large marshmallow

Place the cone in the glass (pointed tip down.) Then place the caramel then chips then marshmallow. in the cone. Place in the microwave for 15 seconds and see what happens.

1/4 teaspoon salt
4 Hershey Bars
1 cup marshmallow creme


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
3. Place graham crackers in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
4. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
5. Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
6. In a separate bowl, combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt.
7. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and beat until blended.
8. Divide dough in half and press half into the prepared pan.
9. Arrange chocolate bars over dough, breaking as needed to fit.
10. Spread marshmallow creme over candy bars.
11. Crumble remaining half of dough over marshmallow creme and carefully press with moistened fingers to form a layer.
12. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until lightly browned.
13. Cool completely in pan before cutting.

My friends and I like this one

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (7 oz.) milk chocolate bar, melted
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add combined flour and crumbs, mix well. Press onto bottom of greased 9-inch square pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Spread chocolate over crust. Top with marshmallows. Broil 4 inches from heat source 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool, cut into bars

INGREDIENTS:
5 cups miniature marshmallows
1/3 cup corn syrup
6 Tbsp. butter
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
7 cups graham squares cereal
1 cup miniature marshmallows
PREPARATION:
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt 5 cups of marshmallows, corn syrup, butter, and chocolate chips, stirring constantly. Meanwhile, place cereal in a large bowl. Remove marshmallow mixture from heat and stir in vanilla.
